What do we get from the 14-day audit?
A schema and architecture audit across your databases, a plain-English dictionary for your core tables and KPIs, a working AI agent demo on your own data, and a fixed-price blueprint for the full rollout. The audit fee is credited toward the full setup.
Do you need write access to our production databases?
No. We work with read-only access to production. Heavy AI queries run against the analytical store, never your live customer-facing databases.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your environment. The databases, analytical store and AI agents run inside your private cloud, and we sign a mutual NDA before reviewing any schema.
Our data is already clean and documented. Do we have to start at Stage 1?
No. If your fields and relationships are already mapped, we start at Stage 3: building the analytical store, connecting LLMs and deploying agents.
Do you work on-site in Frisco and Dallas?
Yes. We hold discovery workshops and readouts in person across Dallas-Fort Worth; most build work happens remotely inside your environment.
